  • Morgan Zehrung

    Founder - General Manager

    Morgan’s passion for creativity and building began in childhood, inspired by his grandfather Denis, a Waste Management driver who spent his spare time designing and building homes for family and friends. That early example of purpose, community, and craftsmanship left a lasting impact.

    Morgan joined Forecast in 2005 while still in high school, working under the mentorship of owner and founder Greg Gorsuch. By 2008, he had become a key partner and began managing day-to-day operations.

    Outside of work, Morgan enjoys outdoor adventures, making music, and spending time with family, friends, and his two cattle dogs.

  • Will Habenicht

    PV & ESS Design Engineer

    Will studied at Appalachian State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Technology and started his solar career in 2017 as an installer in Asheville, NC. He joined Forecast Energy in March of 2018 as a Project Manager, transitioning to system design and engineering in 2023. Will holds dual NABCEP certifications as a PV Installation Professional and Energy Storage Installation Professional, as well as certifications from EG4, Sol-Ark, Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, HomeGrid and many others.

    Outside of work, Will enjoys outdoor adventures including whitewater rafting, hiking, and snowboarding, and values time spent with his wife, two dogs, and live music.

  • Mustafa Haziq

    Operations Manager - “Moose”

    Mustafa first connected with Forecast Solar as a customer in 2020 and officially joined the team in 2023 after a 25-year career in operations and manufacturing leadership. A Navy veteran with a mechanical engineering degree, he gained extensive experience in high-pressure environments, project management, and team development. His transition into the solar industry was driven by a passion for sustainability and a desire to work with a forward-thinking company. Mustafa is currently deepening his expertise in solar design and recently received his NABCEP PV Associate certification.

    Outside of work, he’s active in climate advocacy and nonprofit efforts supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, while dedicating much of his time to his family and son with autism.

  • Kaylyn Milligan

    Director of Development & Resources

    Kaylyn joined Forecast Energy in early 2023, overseeing sales, marketing, and customer engagement. She brings nearly 20 years of finance experience and a background in clean energy lending, where she helped build programs that connected solar contractors with homeowners.

    She first partnered with Forecast as a lending professional in 2015 and later chose to join the team to be more directly involved in the transition to renewable energy. In 2021, Kaylyn and her husband set out on a full-time RV journey with their three kids and seven pets. While they’ve explored many parts of the country, the Northwest still feels most like home.

  • Mark Scott

    Facilities Manager

    After a long career in manufacturing, Mark joined Forecast Energy in 2022 and now serves as Facilities Manager. He supports the installation teams by preparing equipment for each job, managing inventory and part orders, keeping the yard organized, and assisting with invoicing.

    Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog. They’re dedicated Seahawks fans and travel often to visit family. Mark also plays drums in two bands and, alongside his wife, actively volunteers and fundraises for several local charities and community organizations.

  • Sean McDonald

    Lead Residential Electricial

    Sean McDonald grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has worked in the construction industry from an early age. As Lead Electrician at Forecast Energy, he manages and installs a wide range of solar and energy storage systems. He is a licensed Journeyman Electrician, NABCEP PV Associate, and OSHA 30 Certified. Sean is also an expert in electrical design and in solving complex challenges when integrating energy systems into existing home electrical infrastructure, bringing a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision to every project.

    He is a sports enthusiast, an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

  • Dave McCall

    Admin & Commercial Electrician

    Dave began his electrical career 10 years ago with nothing more than a bag of tools and a willingness to learn. Since then, he has steadily advanced in the field, earning his commercial journeyman license and most recently becoming a licensed electrical administrator and becoming Forecast’s Electrical Administrator.

    Outside of work, Dave has a strong passion for music and the outdoors and enjoys a winter storm as much as a warm day at the beach.

  • Kody Kinsella

    Commercial Electrician

    Kody Kinsella is a licensed journeyman electrician with experience in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. Before joining Forecast Energy, he worked with several electrical contractors across the Northwest, developing strong skills in troubleshooting, project coordination, and mentoring apprentices. Kody brings a detail-oriented approach to every project and is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

    Originally from Oregon, he enjoys DIY projects, cooking, photography, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Newly married as of March 2025, Kody is excited to explore the region and contribute to clean energy work.

  • Bradley Dosch

    Solar & Storage Developer

    Bradley is one of Forecast Energy’s solar and storage developers, managing projects from initial outreach and design through final implementation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, with a focus on power electronics and renewable energy. A NABCEP Board Certified PV Technical Sales professional, Bradley brings a strong commitment to decarbonization, electrification, and advancing energy equity, with a focus on projects that serve vulnerable and marginalized communities.

    Outside of work, Bradley enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest through backcountry skiing, hiking, and travel. He has skied all five of Washington’s volcanoes and is always up for the next adventure.

  • Zachary Heyman

    Lead Installation Technician

    Zachary is a solar installer with three years of hands-on experience building systems ranging from small residential arrays to mid-size commercial projects. His work includes mounting, conduit runs, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance across a variety of roof types and equipment configurations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design with a minor in Graphic Design from Walla Walla University and is currently working toward becoming a residential journeyman electrician.

    Outside of work, Zachary produces music, DJs, and enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. He also happens to be great at solving Rubik’s cubes.

  • Alejandro Martinez

    Installation Technician

    Alejandro began his career in the IT field, working for various companies before seeking a more hands-on and active role. He joined Forecast Energy in 2022 and has been a valuable member of the team as a rooftop technician. Alejandro brings a strong background in troubleshooting and network connectivity, which adds an extra layer of expertise to system installations and communication setup.

    He is also a talented drone pilot and enjoys traveling, watching sports, and building computers in his free time.

  • Nick Bottomley

    Installation Technician

    Nick’s journey into the electrical trade began after more than a decade working as a chef in Seattle’s fine dining scene. In his mid-30s, he pivoted careers, earning solar certifications from Solar Energy International and discovering a deep passion for renewable energy. With over four years of hands-on experience and just months away from obtaining his commercial electrician license, he’s fully committed to a future in solar. While his path has included work across various sectors of the electrical industry, his focus remains rooted in clean energy and quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, Nick and his wife Brea, bonded by a shared love of electronic music, have been married for eight years and are proud pet parents to three cats: a Highland Lynx, a void, and a Pixie Bob.

  • Tai Starchman

    Energy Advisor

    Tai graduated from Western Washington University in 2023 with a degree in Energy Policy and Management. After gaining experience in solar sales with a previous company, he joined Forecast Energy and found our customer-first approach to be a welcome change. Tai earned his NABCEP PV Associate certification in February and is currently learning to complete system designs for both PV and battery energy storage systems.

    Outside of work, Tai enjoys sports, especially baseball and football, and spending time with friends and family. He’s always up for a game of cards or whatever activity is on the calendar. During the summer, he likes to get outside to hike, paddleboard, and golf.
